Animals, including emotional support pets, are not allowed by the Lake County Forest Preserve District, unless they are registered service animals and must be outfitted appropriately.

We allow the hosts and guests to take desserts like cake and other small sweets to go, and we will provide containers for these items. However, we do not allow for other food to be taken to go due to regulations through the State of Illinois regarding food safety and handling, and containers will not be provided.

Audubon Hall with a ceremony taking place in the Native Garden:
We can set up the ceremony in a portion of Audubon Hall. During your cocktail hour, our staff would reset the space for your event. The Native Garden rental fee is non-refundable and will still be included on your final invoice even if the ceremony is held indoors and there will be an additional labor fee for re-setting the indoor space.

North Bay Pavilion with a ceremony taking place in the Native Garden:
Both your ceremony and event will be held underneath the pavilion. Walls are available for the pavilion at an additional charge and must be ordered at least five days before your event. The Native Garden rental fee is non-refundable and will still be included on your invoice.

North Bay Pavilion with a ceremony taking at North Bay Pavilion:
Both your ceremony and event will be held underneath the pavilion. For an additional charge side walls are available for the pavilion and must be ordered at least five days before your event.

North Bay Pavilion with no ceremony:
North Bay Pavilion event will happen rain or shine. The event will be held underneath the pavilion. For an additional charge side walls are available for the pavilion and must be ordered at least five days before your event.
